Dedicated to assisting amateur sports officials diagnosed with cancer or other serious illnesses



 Waukegan High School Head Baseball Coach, Dan Green’s son Jack was diagnosed with a malignant brain tumor in November 2010. Due to where his tumor was located he still needs therapy to relearn how to walk again which is not covered by insurance. Hearing aids because of the use of chemo, and human growth hormone because of stunted growth from radiation all not covered by insurance.  Please help this worthy cause by clicking on the following link to make a contribution:
